Consortium for foundational open-source single-cell genomics tools

Modern single-cell genomics is a complex field that requires expertise in many different areas. As a result, the field is fragmented and lacks a common infrastructure. This makes it difficult to share data and tools, and to reproduce and build upon each other's work. We believe that the field needs a common, open-source infrastructure that will enable interoperability between tools and datasets, and will allow researchers to focus on their scientific questions rather than on technical details.
